Baylie Green has a diverse work experience. Baylie started their career in 2015 as a Physical Therapy Technician at Neurosport Physical Therapy, where they worked one-on-one with patients and documented their exercise progression. In 2014, they also worked at Muss and Turner's as a Server, Cater/Events Server, and Hostess, gaining knowledge of menu items and providing customer service. Since 2017, they have been employed at Soliant, where they have held various roles including Senior Associate, Department Manager, Division Director, and currently, Managing Director. In their role at Soliant, they have played a key role in staffing special education disciplines within school districts.

Baylie Green attended Georgia College & State University from 2010 to 2014, earning a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Health Education with a concentration in Exercise Science. Baylie also obtained additional certifications in Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED from the American Red Cross in December 2015 and in Protecting Human Research Participants from NIH Research in 2013.
