Marcelo Lima's work experience includes roles as the Legal and Compliance Director at ³§´Ç±ô´Ú᳦¾±±ô from 2021 to the present, and as the Head of Compliance and Legal at ³§´Ç±ô´Ú᳦¾±±ô from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Legal Manager and Legal Coordinator at Locaweb from 2012 to 2021, where they were responsible for managing a team of lawyers and providing legal support to various units within the company. Their earlier experience includes working as a Senior Legal Assistant at Encalso Construções Ltda from 2005 to 2011, where they provided legal counseling and assistance on various topics. Marcelo also had a role as a Legal Intern at Davis e Koszura Advogados Associados in 2004.

Marcelo Lima has a diverse education history, starting with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Faculdade de Direito de Mogi Mirim, which was obtained from 2007 to 2011. Marcelo then pursued a Post-Graduation lato sensu in Private Law from Damásio Educacional from 2011 to 2012. Marcelo also obtained a Post-Graduation lato sensu in Corporate Law from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas in 2013. Later, they completed an extension program in Legal Department Strategic Planning from Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa in 2016. Furthermore, they pursued a Law and IT Specialist degree from USP - Universidade de São Paulo from 2017 to 2019. Marcelo's educational journey was further enhanced by their completion of a Master's degree in Political Science from the University of Lisbon, which took place from 2020 to 2021. In terms of certifications, Marcelo obtained a certification from the Brazilian Bar Association, Sao Paulo (OAB/SP) in 2012.
