Leandra Fontes has a solid background in human resources, with over 20 years of experience. Leandra currently works at the SOLEVO Group, where they hold the position of HR Group Director since June 2023. Prior to this, from February 2022 to May 2023, they worked at the same company as the Talent Acquisition & Development Group Manager.

Before joining the SOLEVO Group, Leandra worked at SPIE Oil & Gas Services from 2016 to 2021. Leandra held various positions during their tenure, including Workforce Planning Manager - HR, where they were responsible for creating a training program, coordinating the TOP EMPLOYER certification for Nigeria, developing expert clubs, managing standby profiles, and anticipating workforce needs for future projects. In this role, they were responsible for defining the department's strategy, goals, and indicators, managing recruitment and selection processes, handling administrative tasks, overseeing training programs, implementing performance appraisal programs, representing the company on human resources and communication matters, and promoting social responsibility initiatives.
