Luis Tudela Morales is an experienced civil constructor with a comprehensive background in project management and contract administration. Currently serving as Ingeniero de oficina técnica at Soletanche Bachy Chile since February 2023, Luis previously worked as Administrador de contrato at INDELI Construcción y Montaje from May 2022 to March 2023, and held the position of Jefe de proyectos at Cimentaciones Chile from June 2020 to March 2023. Luis holds a degree in Constructor Civil from Universidad Tecnica Federico Santa Maria, where studies were completed from March 2011 to January 2016.
