Rod Arnold

Chief Marketing Officer at Soles4Souls

Rod Arnold has a diverse and extensive work experience in the marketing and nonprofit sectors. Rod most recently worked at Soles4Souls as the Chief Marketing Officer since October 2018. Prior to that, Rod co-founded Leading Good in 2013, where they served as the Strategy/Marketing Lead, assisting nonprofits with fundraising and marketing strategies.

Before that, they served as the President of the Nonprofit Group at Media Ventures Group, LLC from 2011 to 2013. Rod also held the position of COO at charity: water from 2009 to 2011.

From 2006 to 2009, they served as the Vice President of Live Events at Integrity Media and founded BrandSmart Marketing during the same period. In 2005, Rod worked as the Executive Director of Events and Training at Group Publishing.

Rod's career started at Teen Mania Ministries in 1995, where they held the role of Vice President of Strategy & Marketing until 2005. Overall, their career has centered around marketing and strategy for nonprofit organizations.
