Radhika Goel is an experienced software engineering leader currently serving as the Director of Software Engineering and Head of the US Fleet Solutions Portfolio at Solera, Inc. since March 2020. In this role, Radhika oversees a portfolio of over 30 products and 450+ resources, focusing on technical readiness and strategic alignment through executive steering committee meetings. Previously, Radhika was a Lead Agile Program Manager following Solera's acquisition of Omnitracs LLC, successfully managing product delivery across various organizational functions. Prior experience includes roles as a Management Consultant, Information Technology Manager at Verizon, and Systems Lead Engineer at Texas Instruments, primarily managing software development projects and technology integration initiatives. Radhika holds a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering from Iowa State University and a Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.
