Jay Ressler is an experienced professional in the beverage and engineering industries, currently serving as the Director of Sales at Solento Organic Tequila since April 2023. Previously, Jay founded and led Jaybird Hard Kombucha Company as CEO from December 2017 to December 2022, where responsibilities included brand creation and market analysis. Additional experience includes roles as Account Executive at Directcare, Food Runner at Whisknladle Hospitality, Assistant Brewer at Viewpoint Brewing, and Project Manager at Northrop Grumman. Jay's early career involved internships in environmental remediation engineering. Jay holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and has studied at Anglo-American University in Prague.
