Lauren Hall is an experienced Human Resources professional, currently serving as a People and Development Partner at Solent University since December 2022. Prior to this role, Lauren worked at Babcock International Group from February 2018 to December 2022, where responsibilities included partnering with the London Fire Brigade and MET Police training contracts as a Human Resources Business Partner and leading the MET Police training qualification as a Talent Business Partner. Lauren's earlier experience includes serving as a Talent Specialist at The Southern Co-operative and as a Talent Officer at EMCOR Group (UK) plc. Education includes a foundation degree in Mental and Social Health Services and Allied Professions from Crofton Senior School.
