Sheila (Hudson) Tiegs has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Sheila started their career as an Engineer at DuPont in 1995, specializing in Titanium Technologies. Throughout their career at DuPont, they held several management positions, including First Line Supervisor, Area Manager, Black Belt (Six Sigma), and Area Superintendent. In 2007, they became the Operations Business Manager for Fluoroproduct Solutions, responsible for the end-to-end supply chain of Monomers and Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) globally. In 2013, they transitioned to the role of Supply Chain Leader for Kevlar and Tyvek in the DuPont Protection Technologies business. Sheila then progressed to become the Director of Global Integrated Operations for DuPont Crop Protection Technologies, overseeing 24 plant operations sites globally and managing the business during the merger with Dow Chemical. In 2017, they became the Integrated Operations Director for Kevlar and Nomex, supporting a $1.5B business within the DuPont Safety and Construction Business. Their most recent role, before joining Solenis in 2020, was the Global Integrated Operations Director for Kevlar, Nomex, Tyvek, and Typar, where they were responsible for end-to-end supply chains supporting $2.6B in revenue across 8 market segments.

Sheila (Hudson) Tiegs received their Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Louisville between the years 1989 and 1995.
