Shawn Funches has extensive experience in management and community service. Currently, Shawn serves as the Area Front Desk Manager at Soleil Management since April 2023. Previously, Shawn worked for the Project 150 Non-Profit Organization from April 2014 to April 2023 as a Volunteer Coordinator, focusing on recruitment, engagement, and retention to support homeless high school students in Nevada. Earlier roles include Director of Food/Beverage and Activities at Marriott's Grand Chateau (2005-2007) and Welcome Center Manager at Marriott Vacation Club (June 1998 - May 2004), where Shawn demonstrated exceptional management skills in high-pressure environments. Shawn's career began in the United States Air Force, serving from December 1986 to January 1997 in the 99th Comptroller Squadron, providing accounting services to a significant number of military personnel.
