Danielle Martinez, M.Ed, MSHRM, SHRM-CP, is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. As the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Sole Hire since June 2016, Danielle has focused on redefining HR and recruitment practices through strategic consulting and innovative services. Currently, Danielle serves as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at ROYAL GLOBAL TRADING, where the emphasis is on aligning HR strategies with organizational objectives. Previous experiences include serving as Senior Director of Human Resources at Solidia Technologies®, Recruitment & Learning Development Manager at ATSG, and Human Resources & Recruiting Manager at SpectraMedix. Danielle holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Thomas Edison State University and a Master of Education from Saint Peter's University, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Temple University.
