Leanne Morter-Grant has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Leanne currently holds the position of Finance & Operations Officer at Solcast, a DNV company since March 2023. Before that, in February 2020, Leanne founded their own company called LMG & CO, where they provided expertise in implementing and managing various systems for small businesses.

Prior to their entrepreneurial venture, Leanne worked at Nutrimetics from June 2012 to November 2017, starting as a Merchandising Analyst and progressing to the role of Project Manager. In this role, they managed new product development and coached cross-functional teams to ensure success aligned with the company's values.

Leanne also has experience in promotions and account management. Leanne worked at Diageo as a Promotions Manager from an unspecified date in 2011 to 2012.
