Olga Mitrofanova has a diverse range of work experience in the field of software testing and development. Olga started their career in 1999 as a Software Developer at the Scientific-research Institute, where they worked on computer-aided facilities and developed the "Glide" application. Olga then moved on to the Semitech division of Recif, where they worked as a Software Developer using MS Visual C++ and Windows 2000.

In 2005, Olga joined the Belarus division of DECISION TEAM-SOFTWARE GmbH (later Descoft) as an automation testing engineer. Olga was responsible for creating installation packages and maintaining a QA testing lab.
