Eugen Shestakov has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Eugen started their career as a Quality Control Engineer at Chevlyar, ltd in 2005, where they were responsible for quality control of finished products and overseeing the production process. After working there for four years, they joined Belorusneft-Minskavtozapravka in 2015, where they served as a Filling Station Manager. In this role, they were responsible for making final decisions in non-standard cases, working with technical documentation, and managing the filling station. In 2021, Eugen joined Stormnet Technologies as a QA Student, gaining advanced knowledge of software testing theory and experience in manual testing of web and mobile applications. Eugen then transitioned to Solbeg, where they currently work as a QA Engineer, contributing their skills and expertise in quality assurance.

Eugen Shestakov attended the International University "MITSO" from 2005 to 2011. During this time, they pursued studies in the field of Marketer-economist. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained a certification in Software Testing from Stormnet Technologies in March 2021.
