Alina Marchuk's work experience began in 2015 as a Customer Service Associate at YUCHEN? International Expo Co., Ltd. There, they provided assistance to guests, performed interpretation services, and ensured park safety and cleanliness. In 2016, they served as an English/Chinese Translator (Intern) at The Museum of Sapieha's family Palace Complex. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as an International Camp Counselor at 启行经营地教育. In 2018, they interned as a Communications and Marketing Intern at Beyond The Bund. In 2019, they joined Solbeg as a Data Entry Engineer and progressed to the role of Assistant Project Manager in 2021. Alina then transitioned to the role of Junior Integration Engineer in 2022, both at Solbeg. Additionally, in 2022, they briefly served as a Junior Integration Engineer at Lightlytics.

Alina Marchuk holds a Master's degree in Linguistics and Applied Linguistics from East China Normal University, which they obtained from 2017 to 2021. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Translation/Interpreting (Chinese, English) from Minsk State Linguistic University between 2012 and 2017. Additionally, in 2016, Alina obtained a certification in Level 5 of the Chinese Water Conservancy Exam from the National Chinese Examination Institution. In 2014 to 2015, Alina also studied as an exchange student at East China Normal University, focusing on Chinese language and literature.
