Tyson Kratz has worked in the finance industry since 2011. Tyson began their career as a Foreign Exchange & Risk Analyst and Treasury Analyst at 3M in 2011. In 2012, they joined Hemisphere Companies as a Principal and Associate. In 2015, they became the Founding Partner of Latticework Investment Group and Founder of SolBe Learning.

Tyson Kratz attended Macalester College from 2008 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics. Tyson also attended Marshall from 2003 to 2007.
