Pragya Shukla has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Pragya is currently working as an Operations Manager at SOLASTA Bio, where they are responsible for managing the team, business, finances, projects, and strategy. Pragya also leads a group of individuals, ensuring their engagement and growth while meeting targets and key performance indicators.

In 2023, Pragya will take on the role of Trustee at Hourglass. Pragya previously worked as a Business Consultant at Incontrol Scotland in 2022, where they provided consulting services.

From 2018 to 2021, Pragya worked as an HR Manager at Futureminds Consulting Pvt. Ltd. Pragya managed the employee life cycle, implemented policies, and assisted in the development of budgets and strategic goals.

Prior to that, they worked as a Project Manager at Sharda University from 2016 to 2018, overseeing the delivery of field training programs and managing a sales team. Pragya collaborated with clients and vendors to ensure the effective implementation of programs.

Back in 2016, Pragya served as an HR Executive at Clove Dental, where they worked on digital marketing projects, executed communication strategies, and recruited healthcare professionals for expansion. Pragya also gained experience as an HR Trainee at Fortis Healthcare and an HR Executive at TOTAL NUTURE TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED.

Pragya started their career as a Dental Surgeon at Total Dental Solution in 2014.

Pragya Shukla attended Strathclyde Business School from 2021 to 2022, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Prior to that, they studied at Indraprastha Apollo Hospital College from 2015 to 2016 and obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Hospitality Administration/Management. From 2008 to 2013, they pursued a Bachelor of Dental Science degree at JCDV. Pragya is currently enrolled in Chartered Management Institute, with studies beginning in 2022. Pragya completed their 12th grade at Kendriya Vidyalaya, specializing in Biology/Biological Sciences. Their secondary education was conducted at Ramniranjan Podar, Mumbai, where they completed their 10th grade with a focus on Science.
