Franz Josef Buschmeier has over 15 years of experience in executive management and consulting roles. In 2005, they began their career as the Managing Director/Geschaeftsfuehrer of Verifone Germany GmbH. Franz Josef then moved on to become the Managing Director of panta rhei systems GmbH in 2008. In 2011, they took on the role of VP Sales Central & Eastern Europe of ZBD Solutions Ltd., UK, which is now Displaydata Ltd. In 2013, they became the Managing Director and Owner of ZBD Deutschland GmbH and oversaw a Management Buyout of the German legal entity from the UK parent company. Franz Josef then sold their shares to strategic partner Delfi Technologies, Denmark. In 2017, they became a Shareholder and Senior Advisor of BerlinFive GmbH and Co-Founder and CFO of SolarWorX. Franz Josef also took on the role of Executive Advisor of KlickTipp in 2018. Since 2014, they have been the CEO, Founder and Owner of Room Signage Systems GmbH, where they develop and markets office signage solutions. Finally, they have served as an Executive Management Consultant for VIYEMA Consulting GmbH since 2010.

Franz Josef Buschmeier attended The University of Göttingen from 1983 to 1988, where they earned a Master in Economics and Computer Science. Franz Josef then attended Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business from 2004 to 2005 for an Advanced Management Program.
