Sam Bengtson is a seasoned professional in global talent acquisition and people operations, currently serving as the Director of Global People Operations at SolarWinds since October 2021. With extensive experience leading teams and recruitment functions across various industries, Sam has held significant roles at KPC International, where responsibilities included establishing the recruitment function and implementing resourcing strategies, and at Brightwater, managing recruitment in the Engineering & IT division. Previous positions at Oxford Global Resources and earlier roles have further developed expertise in regulatory compliance and consulting services.
