Cami Swanson has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Cami started their career at Westgate Pet Clinic as a Clinic Manager, where they managed a support staff of 20+ and handled client complaints. Cami then moved on to Southdale Internal Medicine, where they served as an Administrator from 2000 to 2008, responsible for hiring and supervising a staff of 15, developing employee benefits, and handling payroll. In 2012, they returned to Southdale Internal Medicine as an Administrator, leading the group to a direct pay for service model with a focus on providing high quality and personalized care. Cami stayed in this role until 2016. In 2016, they worked as a Consultant for Northern Veins, assisting the new practice with start-up duties such as IT setup, healthcare billing, and choosing an Electronic Medical Record. From 2017 to 2018, they served as an Administrator for Southdale Physicians, LLC, before joining CJS Solutions in 2010 as the Owner. Most recently, they have been working at SolarteHealth as the Chief Operating Officer, starting in February 2020. Additionally, they have also held the role of Director of Network Management at SolarteHealth since October 2019.

Cami Swanson holds a BA degree in Communication from the University of Minnesota Duluth, which they obtained between 1988 and 1992.
