Jose Luis Carvallo is an accomplished professional in the renewable energy sector, currently serving as Chief Growth Officer and Co-founder at Solarity, a leading company in solar distributed generation in Chile, since February 2014. Additionally, Carvallo is a Board Member of the Stanford University Chile Chapter and previously held the position of Director at ACESOL from December 2019 to August 2022. With experience as Business Development Manager at Energía Llaima / Sunmark, Carvallo contributed to the management of the Pampa Elvira Solar project and the development of new solar thermal initiatives in the mining industry. Carvallo's academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Management Science & Engineering from Stanford University and an Industrial Engineering degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. Other professional roles include General Manager at Errazuriz & Asociados Ingenieros, Analyst and Fixed Income Trader at IM Trust, and Project Engineer at CGE Distribucion.
