Omar ElBanna Kassem is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technical solutions and project management. Currently serving as a Team Lead Pre-Sales and Senior Technical Solution Engineer at Solaris SE since October 2020, Omar has previously held key roles at Wirecard as a Senior Solutions Consultant and Project Manager from April 2016 to September 2020. Early career experience includes positions at Orange Egypt as VAS Projects Supervisor and Engineer, where expertise in mobile payment services, integration, and Internet of Things solutions was developed. Academic qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Communication and Media Engineering from Offenburg University of Applied Sciences and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The German University in Cairo. Additionally, Omar has experience as a Teaching Assistant at GUC and has completed engineering internships at Siemens, focusing on power transmission systems.
