Hayley Hutchings is an accomplished risk management professional with extensive experience across various financial and legal sectors. Currently serving as Head of Risk at Solaris SE since July 2022, Hayley has held previous positions including Risk Business Partner at Target Group and Enterprise Risk Analyst at Principality Building Society. Their competencies encompass the design and management of training and competence schemes, stakeholder and change management, and performance reporting at the board level. Additionally, Hayley brings a comprehensive background in mortgage arrears collection, litigation, and debt recovery, having developed key operational structures and training programs in their earlier roles. Hayley holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Media Technology from the University of South Wales.
