Andrea Michela is currently the Senior AFC Manager at Solaris, where Andrea is responsible for the Anti-Money Laundering Function of the Italian Branch, and reporting suspicious activities to the UIF. Prior to this role, Andrea held positions such as Local MLRO and Compliance Officer at Ebury, Compliance Officer at BinckBank N.V., and Compliance Officer at IG Markets UK. Andrea's experience also includes being the Head of Legal and Compliance at Banca Galileo S.p.A. and the Head of Legal at Banca Credito Cooperativo di Lissone. Andrea holds degrees in Law and Commercial Law from the Università degli Studi di Milano. Andrea has a strong background in compliance advisory and support, interpreting laws and regulations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
