Gilmer Quispe Mendoza is a seasoned geologist with over 15 years of experience in the mining industry. Currently serving as the Lead Geologist for Solaris Resources Inc. on the Warintza mining project since March 2019, Gilmer has developed significant expertise in exploratory drilling programs. Previous roles include Project Engineer at LOWELL COPPER, where economic feasibility assessments for mining projects in Peru and Chile were conducted, and Project Manager at Minera Ricardo Resources Inc., focusing on identifying anomalous areas with copper porphyry potential. Additional experience spans regional prospecting in Brazil and key contributions to one of the most significant non-metallic discoveries under the guidance of Dr. David Lowell. Gilmer holds a degree in Mining Engineering from Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos.
