Josu Imaz has extensive experience in the railway and manufacturing sectors, currently serving as CEO of Rolling Stock and holding multiple executive roles at CAF (Construcciones y Auxiliar de Ferrocarriles) since 2012. Other notable positions include Vice Chairman and Chairman at Solaris Bus & Coach, Board Member at ADEGI - Asociación de Empresas de Gipuzkoa, and previous roles at ERWA and TapQuo. Imaz also held several leadership positions at Ampo and served as a Board Member at Lortek. Educational qualifications include a Senior Management Program from IESE Business School, an Executive MBA from Mondragon Business School, and an Industrial Engineering degree from the University of Navarra, supplemented by a Master in Lean Thinking from Asenta & Toyota.
