Morag Am Shallem is the Director of Technology at Solargik since October 2021. Previously, Morag worked at BrightSource Industries Israel (formerly Luz2) from June 2012 to July 2021 as the Solar field design & Modelling Leader. Morag's expertise includes leading the design and optimization of solar field layout, as well as researching weather phenomena affecting solar field performance and control. Morag holds a PhD in Physical Chemistry from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, with prior degrees in Physics and Chemistry.
