Amit Kohavi Shalev currently serves as the Organizational Development and Talent Lead at SolarEdge Technologies since September 2022. Prior to this role, Amit was an Organizational Consultant at ERA Consulting from August 2018 to September 2022, where responsibilities included mentoring managers in HR processes, conducting management training, and optimizing organizational work processes. Amit also held leadership roles in assessment and appraisal within the same company, overseeing significant projects such as the Ministry of Defense selection process. Earlier career experience includes project management at TEDEM civil engineering Ltd. and operational leadership roles in the Israel Defense Forces, specifically in Sayeret Matkal, where Amit was involved in high-level planning and training development. Amit holds an MBA in Organizational Behavior Studies and a BBA in Psychology from Tel Aviv University.
