Robert Keller is an experienced engineering manager with a strong background in manufacturing and project management. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at Solar Plastics, LLC since January 2020, Robert has previously held roles at Elkay Manufacturing as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer and Caterpillar Inc. as a Manufacturing Engineer, where significant responsibilities included overseeing multi-million dollar capital projects, leading the installation of advanced machining equipment, and developing new manufacturing processes that substantially improved efficiency. Robert's educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from the Jack Welch Management Institute and a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering from South Dakota State University, complemented by a Machine Tool Technology Degree from Alexandria Technical and Community College.
