Joshua Salosa is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in operations, maintenance, and project management within the energy and property management sectors. Currently serving as an Operation and Maintenance Engineer at Solar Philippines since May 2019, Joshua is responsible for overseeing SCADA and AMI systems, monitoring plant generation, and ensuring the reliability of communication and operation protocols. Previously, Joshua worked as a Building Engineer at First Oceanic Property Management, Inc., where duties included equipment inspection, maintenance planning, and fire safety implementation. Additionally, experience as a Project Engineer at Ridge Power Construction Inc. involved planning, cost estimation, and revising electrical systems.
