Lily Iserson is a writer and a sustainability advocate who is thrilled to begin her career in the renewable energy sector with Solar One. A graduate The College of Wooster with a degree in English Literature, she studied environmental and travel writing abroad at St. Anne’s College at Oxford University. She has also written speculative fiction with a focus on solar technology in Austen Osworth’s year-long MFA equivalent for LGBTQ+ writers through Catapult. Alongside storytelling, Lily collaborated on policy projects in plastic and waste reduction spaces and owes much of her research interests to her work with The Surfrider Foundation and PlasticBagLaws.org. Lily is devout about climate resiliency, leveraging environmental data, and, of course, equitable solar access. She continues her writing portfolio work between New York City and her hometown of Rochester, N.Y.
