Jennifer Schneider has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Jennifer started their career as an intern at Jabin & Fleming, LLC in 2017. Jennifer then worked as a substitute teacher at Pascack Valley High School from 2017 to 2019. In 2018, they held internships at Greener by Design, LLC and Steve Rich Environmental Contractors, where they gained experience in environmental sustainability and office administration. Jennifer also worked as an FIGS Instructor at Rutgers University-New Brunswick in 2018. From 2019 to 2020, they served as an AmeriCorps NJ Watershed Ambassador at the NJ Department of Environmental Protection. Jennifer further expanded their environmental expertise as a Rutgers Raritan River Consortium Intern at Rutgers University in 2019. Jennifer then became the Environmental Director for the Town Of Secaucus from 2020 to 2023. Currently, Jennifer holds the role of Director of Partnerships at Solar Landscape, starting in 2023.

Jennifer Schneider attended Rutgers University–New Brunswick from 2015 to 2019. However, the degree and field of study they pursued during this time are not specified.
