Domien Volckaert is an experienced professional in production and operational management, currently serving as the Operational Manager at Solar Gard Saint-Gobain since May 2018, focusing on the production of window films and thin films. Prior to this role, Domien worked at Elprinta NV from December 2013 to May 2018, where responsibilities included Site Manager and Production Manager, overseeing production activities and laboratory management. Domien's career also includes experience as a Process Engineer, heading the intermediate product quality control department, and working as a Research Associate at FertiPro N.V., providing support in R&D laboratory tasks. Earlier experience includes an internship at VIB. Domien holds a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical and Biological Laboratory Techniques from HOGENT and studied at Ghent University from 2006 to 2009.
