Lana DeTomaso is an experienced librarian currently serving at Solano County Library since June 2020. Previously, Lana worked as an archivist at Gap Inc. from May 2019 to April 2020, where responsibilities included conducting research, curating exhibits, and managing digital assets. Lana held various roles at Hopalong Animal Rescue from November 2014 to May 2019, overseeing business affairs and operations, and managing financial health. Prior work experience includes project coordination and marketing at Lumix CPAs and Advisors, as well as serving as an Assistant Language Teacher in Japan under the JET program. Education includes a Master’s Degree in Library and Information Science from Syracuse University and a BA in East Asian Languages and Literature from Washington and Lee University.
