Jessuin Fernandez has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies and roles. At Solais Lighting Group | Solais + EnergyLite, they held the position of Vice President of Operations and I.T. starting in April 2022. Prior to this, they were the Senior Director of Operations and I.T. from May 2021 to March 2022. Before joining Solais Lighting Group, Jessuin worked at Reggiani Lighting USA as an Operations Manager from November 2014 to August 2016, where they were responsible for the supply chain operation and implemented warehouse restructuring to improve efficiency. They also served as the Product Engineer at Reggiani Lighting USA from October 2013 to October 2014, focusing on improving performance and design of lighting products. Additionally, Jessuin held various roles at New Jersey Institute of Technology, including Yearbook Editor and Digital Library Assistant, where they managed public relations activities and performed scanning and OCR processing of articles and dissertations.

From 2007 to 2012, Jessuin Fernandez attended the New Jersey Institute of Technology. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering.
