Kieran Joyce has extensive work experience in the field of equity indexing. From 2018 to the present, they have held various roles at Solactive AG, including Vice President - Equity Indexing, Senior Associate - Equity Indexing, and Associate - Equity Indexing. In these positions, Kieran has been responsible for projecting index changes, ensuring pricing accuracy, and monitoring M&A events.

Prior to Solactive AG, Kieran worked at Amundi from 2015 to 2018. Their roles at Amundi included Analyst - Benchmark Data Management and Analyst-Market Data and Pricing. In these positions, they were involved in the migration of systems, setting up benchmarks and indices hubs, and collecting and validating prices for portfolios.

Kieran Joyce, CAIA, obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Sociology from the University of Limerick, where they studied from 2011 to 2015. In 2014, they also participated in a Semester Abroad program at Leopold-Franzens Universität Innsbruck, focusing on Economics.

Continuing their education, Kieran completed a Professional Certificate in Complex Financial Instruments at the National College of Ireland from 2017 to 2018. In the same year, they also earned the CFA Investment Foundations Certificate from the CFA Institute.

In terms of additional certifications, Kieran obtained the CAIA Charterholder designation from the CAIA Association in November 2021. Kieran also completed the Python for Finance: Investment Fundamentals & Data Analytics course offered by Udemy in January 2019, and the Bloomberg Essentials Online Training Programme provided by Bloomberg LP in November 2015.
