Zgjim Guraziu has a diverse work experience in various roles. Zgjim started their career as an Intern at Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), where they worked as a Research Engineer, designing and implementing air monitoring studies. Zgjim then gained experience as an Intern at ProCredit Bank, assisting with financial transactions and account maintenance.

Zgjim also worked as an Undergraduate Intern at Shigjeta Pashtriku, where they learned about plastic production processes and assisted with quality control. Zgjim continued their professional growth as a Data Processing Technician at GIZ & Association of Kosovo Municipalities, and later as a Machinery Inspection Engineer at the Municipality of Prizren.

In 2020, Zgjim became a Mechatronics Engineer at Zinkunie-Ks, contributing to the development and maintenance of machinery. Zgjim also served as a Board Member & Cofounder at Chess club "Prizreni".

From 2019 to 2021, Zgjim worked at Boson as the CEO & Founder, establishing the company as a leading provider of Arduino electronics in Kosovo. In this role, they sold Arduino electronics and offered training programs to customers.

More recently, Zgjim served as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Solaborate and hellocare.ai. In these roles, they developed mechanical designs for products, collaborated with cross-functional teams, conducted analyses and simulations, and ensured that designs met engineering principles and performance requirements. Zgjim also created detailed drawings, collaborated with manufacturing teams, and evaluated the performance of mechanical systems.

Throughout their career, Zgjim has demonstrated a commitment to continuous improvement and staying up-to-date with industry trends.

Zgjim Guraziu's education history is as follows:

- From 2018 to 2020, Zgjim attended "Universiteti i Prishtinës 'Hasan Prishtina'" and obtained a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in the field of study of Mechanical Engineering - Mechatronics.

- From 2015 to 2018, Zgjim also studied at "Universiteti i Prishtinës 'Hasan Prishtina'" and earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in the field of study of Mechanical Engineering - Mechatronics.
