Stuart Shannon currently serves as the Director of Engineering at Sol-ti, a position held since December 2022, following a tenure as Senior Engineering Manager. Stuart has also worked as Packaging Manager at Elysian Brewing Co from November 2017 to May 2019, Packaging Lead at Saint Archer Brewing Company from July 2013 to October 2017, and Packaging Technician at AleSmith Brewing Company from 2010 to 2012. Educationally, Stuart holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, earned between 2009 and 2013.
