Thomas Ervin is an experienced professional with over 20 years in geology and environmental management. Currently serving as Project Manager at SOL Solutions since August 2015, Thomas provides on-site advisory services for U.S. projects. Prior positions include Sr. Geologist at Sullivan International Group, where Thomas managed the remediation of Area C2 at Hunters Point, and Senior Geologist at Shaw Environmental, Inc., offering technical expertise in soil and groundwater contamination. Thomas' career began at Anne Arundel County as an Environmental Planner, supervising grant administration and environmental program implementation. Thomas holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland and Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Natural Resource Policy and Geology, respectively, from the University of Michigan.
