Jeremy Ben-David has extensive work experience in the legal industry. Jeremy worked as an Acquisitions Manager at Alterra Capital Group from 2006 to 2009, where they focused on the acquisition, improvement, management, and liquidation of undervalued multifamily properties. In 2010, they worked as an Attorney at Bilzin Sumberg before moving on to become the Corporate Counsel at Bayview Asset Management from 2011 to 2013. From 2013 to 2016, they ran their own firm, The Ben-David Law Firm, P.L., as an Attorney, before joining AXS LAW GROUP as its Founding Partner from 2016 to 2021. In 2018, they became the Principal and General Counsel of BAS Holdings, LLC, where they served until they co-founded Caldera Law in October 2021. Currently, they are working at Sol-REIT, LLC, as their Chief Legal Officer, where he's heading the first solar mortgage REIT in the US.

Jeremy Ben-David completed their undergraduate studies at the University of Michigan between 1997 and 2001. Jeremy later attended the University of Miami School of Law from 2003 to 2006, where they obtained their J.D. degree.
