Tom Knowles has extensive experience in management within the hospitality and restaurant industries, currently serving as General Manager at Sol Food - Puerto Rican Cuisine since September 2018. Prior to this role, Tom held managerial positions at Farmshop beginning in August 2014 and served as General Manager at Restaurant Zoe from 2000 to 2008. Other roles include General Manager at Chandler's Crabhouse within Schwartz Brothers Restaurants and various management positions at Mayflower Park Hotel and Cucina! Cucina! Italian Cafe. Tom began a career in retail as a Retail Selling Expert at Macy's West in 2009 and has foundational experience as an Assistant Manager at The Cheese Shoppe/The Wedge. An alumnus of the University of Washington, Tom earned a BA in Communications and Economics.
