Brenton Bostwick is an experienced operations and general manager with a diverse background in the food service and art industries. Currently, Brenton serves as Operations Manager and General Manager at Sol Food - Puerto Rican Cuisine since September 2016. Prior to this role, Brenton founded Brenton Bostwick Organizational Consulting, providing personal organization services to business owners and private clients from November 2015 to September 2016. Between January 2003 and September 2016, Brenton operated Brenton Bostwick Art as a full-time visual artist in San Francisco. Brenton's career in the food industry began at La Boulange Cafe & Bakery, where Brenton rose through various ranks from entry-level cashier to General Manager, effectively navigating the transition from a private business to a large corporation. Brenton holds a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from New York University, earned between 1999 and 2003.
