Ekaterina Pakhomova started their career as a photographer at Cassie Mentha Photography in June 2012. In October 2013, they became an assignment editor/web producer at ABC11 Eyewitness News - WTVD. There, they managed newsroom logistics through placement of people and equipment in the field, acted as liaison between departments to facilitate communications, produced content for website and social media accounts, and coordinated video and information sharing with networks and affiliates. In November 2016, they left ABC11 to become a development associate at the Roman Catholic Diocese of Raleigh.
In September 2018, Ekaterina Pakhomova became a public information officer at the NC Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. Ekaterina held this position until November 2018 when they left to become a graphic designer at Sokal.
Ekaterina Pakhomova has a BS in Meteorology from North Carolina State University and a BA in Mass Communication from Meredith College.
