Andrea Yanacheck, SHRM-CP, is an experienced Human Resources professional with a career spanning from 1999 to the present. Currently serving as a Human Resources Administrator at Sojourner since July 2017, Andrea has held multiple titles including Human Resources and Volunteer Coordinator and Human Resource Specialist and Executive Assistant. Previous experience includes a 15-year tenure at Girl Scouts of Wisconsin Southeast, where Andrea coordinated and managed operational aspects of 20 day camps, empowering over 1500 adult volunteers and engaging youth in leadership skills. Earlier, Andrea was a Residence Hall Director at Syracuse University, focusing on community building among residents and staff. Andrea holds a Master of Education in College Student Personnel Administration with an emphasis in Counseling Psychology from James Madison University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Natural Sciences from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
