Vandana Patil has a strong background in technical recruiting and software engineering. Vandana began their career as a Sr. Software Engineer at Selectica Inc. in 1997, where they were involved in the initial hiring process and responsible for design and development. In 2006, Vandana ventured into the field of technical recruiting and became the President of Sohum Inc., a company that provides full-time candidates and consultants based on business needs.

Vandana Patil received a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics from the University of Mumbai in 1992.
