Alok Raj has worked in various roles in the Human Resources and Technical fields since 2018. In 2018, they held the role of Technical Desktop Support at Q - Connect Solutions Limited. In 2019, they were a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Creative Staffing Consultancy, where they sourced and screened resumes, conducted phone interviews, recommended qualified candidates to hire managers, checked references, and negotiated and closed desirable candidates. In 2021, they held two roles: Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at SOHO Square Solutions and Technical Recruiter at TalentOla. At SOHO Square Solutions, Alok Raj was responsible for End-to-End Recruitment, Employee Engagement, Employee Relations Performance Management, Office Administration, and Headhunting. At TalentOla, they were a Technical Recruiter. In 2022, they were a Power BI Trainer at Benchmerk Analytics. Currently, Alok Raj is a Sr. Human Resource Executive- US/ Canada Operations at SOHO Square Solutions, where they are responsible for ensuring smooth execution of overall Human Resource functions and infusing HR policies.

Alok Raj completed their B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering at Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University. Alok also attended Boston High School and Narayana Junior College in India, where they obtained their Inter degree.
