Phil Cobucci, an accomplished professional with an MBA and PMP certification, is the founder of Inclusion Tennessee, where a mission to connect and support the LGBTQIA+ community takes center stage. With extensive experience in marketing and communications, Phil has held key positions across various organizations, including Executive Director at Inclusion Tennessee and Marketing and Communications Specialist at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Middle Tennessee. Current roles include International Inclusivity Board Member at Soho House & Co and a focus on developing strategic marketing initiatives as a Media Director at The Adecco Group. Phil's educational background includes a Master of Public Service in progress at the Clinton School of Public Service and multiple leadership and entrepreneurship programs.
