Jo Addy serves as the Global Film Director at Soho House & Co since June 2000, overseeing cinema programming for 20 cinemas across multiple regions, including the UK, EMEA, North America, and Asia. Jo has established the 2024 edition of Soho House Shorts in partnership with Campari and previously held various roles within the company, including Cinema Programmer Director for North America, where cinema programming was curated for 7 cinemas and up to 250 monthly member screenings. Jo's extensive experience in event management began with the establishment of the events department at 40 Greek Street and included previous roles in restaurant management, notably at 1 Lombard Street Restaurant, Tuttons Brasserie, BARCA BAR & RESTAURANT LTD, and Greens Restaurant. Jo holds degrees in Hospitality Management from Nottingham Trent University and in Hospitality Administration from The University of Manchester.
