Ewa Rokicka is an experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in various front and back-of-house operations. Currently serving as a Floor Manager at Soho House & Co since September 2019, Ewa previously gained valuable experience as a Manager in Training, rotating through departments including restaurant, bar, reception, kitchen, finance, and membership. Ewa's earlier roles include a waitress at Branca Bar and Restaurant, where skills in time management and customer service were developed while studying at Oxford Brookes University. Ewa also completed a work placement at Soho House, engaging in restaurant operations and private events, and held multiple roles, including waitress, host, bartender, sommelier, and chef, at Brookes Restaurant while pursuing a BSc in International Hospitality Management.
