Darren Sweetland is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer for Soho House & Co since February 2025, Darren previously held the position of Managing Director at Mollie's from November 2020 to January 2025 and served as CFO for Soho House & Co from November 2016 to November 2020. Prior roles include Head of Finance for UK Commercial Finance at Tesco PLC and positions in corporate finance at BDO LLP and Baker Tilly. Darren holds a First Class BA Honours degree in Economics and Finance from Durham University and is an Associate Chartered Accountant (FCA) with ICAEW.
